I just got this TV today and I love it! I love it so easy to configure and easy to connect my equipment otherwise. Right out of the box, I could enjoy this TV. I did not really adjust the settings with the photo, I thought that was great right out of the box. We have a 50 "Sharp 1080p LCD TV, this TV is definitely clearer, brighter, better and above. I can not find a problem with blacks or with the movement. The sound is good too. Much better than I had great TV. What's the difference. The menu is very easy to use to make adjustments too. Overall, for the price I got for this TV, I have a very impressive and a television contract that I am fully satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend this TV none.

Like the other one star reviewer. TV has arrived and turned, but only audio, no video. Samsung has started to support useful, but is more than a month and still no TV. I understand they want groped the first option less expensive, but their support was lacking. I have bought Samsung televisions without any problem. I would not buy back their time doing things and attitudes of their "customer service executive to get."

Just received my Sony XBR9. Completely satisfied. I read all the comments and I think the backlight issue is nearby, but not as bad as some say. You can adjust the backlight to your liking. Also, if you're watching HD or BR in the darkness behind the light is more evident. But I really only notice that the horizontal bands above and below the actual image. However, I think the negatives of the rear lights are more exaggerated. Bottom line, the picture is much better and the local digital HD stations are beautiful. It makes the sport more fun to watch.
