Probably not the best person to discuss a television, the other only because I am very familiar with the 25-year-old RCA set that it replaced.

However, I am very pleased with the decision. The image is crisp and clear, and there are many options for input. I managed to create three different points of view on TV: that of the receiver for the cable, one from the DVD player, and lead to an antenna. All work well.

IR is not a problem .. Been playing with the PS3 from day 1 .. N. questions.

Awfuul TV. N. Hue calibration. The colors are the colors too bright, but pale too bland. Moreover, the faces are often confused. I went with the display settings, but the color settings improves. And the sharpness setting does not change the quality of the image blurry.
And if you are using a satellite connection, the detection of TV programs / channels work. Only your TV remote control will help you identify what program and what channel you're watching.
A disappointment after reading the rave reviews Great TV for the Amazon. Come back tomorrow. DO NOT BUY this TV. Caveat emptor.

If you have a TV based on picture quality compared to others in the group, then this is the set for you. The picture quality is excellent! It 'a bit' more expensive than many, but you get what you pay. I like the fact that the bezel is a matte black instead of glossy black of many other series (not reflective). He came quickly, and nothing was broken. I bought the set of one large flat screen I use to replace the porch. This set is too good to be used on a porch - so it is in my office now.

Love this Sony TV and 'was a replacement for one year 22. old Sony. Do not buy another brand of television!
